Music, Book and lyrics by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey. The story takes place at Rydell High in 1959. The plot is not complicated, as it deals with 10 teens as they deal with love, cars, high school problems such as teen pregnancy, gang type violence, rebellion, and their adolescent lives.
