Saturday March 16th 2013 will mark the Third Annual Ginger Pride Walk.

If you haven't been before, its a super fun family friendly time to celebrate red hair, freckles, and pale skin. We gather at Heritage park in Rome Georgia and walk down broad street, take a group picture at Gingers, then meet on the steps of the City Auditorium.

All types of Ginger folk are welcome, whether it be true redheads, Transgingers, red haired pets, redbeards, redstaches (red mustaches), copper tops, Carriers (family members), freckled people who hate the sun, and even people who are only Gingers @ <3, or anyone who just wants to be a part of something fun, we welcome all.

T-shirts will be on sale and ginger themed refreshments and sunscreen will be made available. Also, new this year is the North Georgia Mr. and Ms. Ginger contest. if you submit a gingery picture of yourself by February 10th, we will put it in a public facebook album. The Mr. and Ms. with the most likes (votes) will win a trophy!
